Inside the <decomodel> section information concerning the decompression models used, and their parameter sets are given. At time three child elements (<buehlmann>, <rgbm>, and <vpm>) — the most used models — are supported. Inside these child elements the respective values of the parameters are indicated. The child elements may appear several times (for each respective parameter set).

The <decomodel> section appears after <gasdefinitions> and before <profiledata>.
